脱发患者生活质量调查

脱发患者生活质量调查，目的:探讨影响脱发患者生活质量的相关因素,进行量化分析,采取适当的心理治疗与其他治疗相结合。方法:应用皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)和流调中心抑郁量表(center for epidemiologic studies depression scale,CES-D),对507例脱发患者进行调查评估,采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析数据。结果:507例脱发患者DLQI和CES-D分值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并且DLQI与CES-D之间存在显著正相关(r=0.31,P<0.01)。结论:脱发不仅影响生活质量,而且给患者心理带来负面作用,所以应及早进行联合治疗,并加大宣传以提高患者对疾病的认识,有助于疾病的恢复。【作者单位】：南京医科大学第一附属医院皮肤性病科【关键词】：脱发;生活质量指数;抑郁【基金】：2007年中华医学会-欧莱雅中国人健康毛发研究项目(H2007010210)基金;国家自然科学基金(30571678)资助【分类号】：R758.71【DOI】：CNKI:SUN:LCPF.0.2008-07-005【正文快照】：　　发型和头发长短对人外形具有十分重要的作用,脱发不仅影响外观,对患者心理也有负面影响,从而影响患者生活质量。本次调查的目的是对常见类型脱发(雄激素性脱发和斑秃)患者的生活质量进行量化分析,评估脱发对患者心理的影响程度,并采取适当的心理治疗与其他治疗相结合,从而达到　Objective:To survey the life quality of patients with alopecia. Methods: Questionnaire with dermatology life quality index (DLQI) and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale (CES-D) were adopted to assess the life quality and psychological changes for 507 outpatients with alopecia. Results: DLQI and CES-D scores of patients with alopecia were relatively higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the CES-D scores and the DLQI scores (r = 0.31, P < 0.01).
